If the cohabitant intends to remain in the home against the will of its owner, the municipal Directorate of the home, at its request, will issue a resolution, if appropriate, ordering the cohabitant to leave the home within 30 calendar days of the date of the notification of said resolution, and after said period has elapsed without the cohabitant leaving the dwelling, he shall communicate to the entities from which all the members of the nucleus of the cohabitant in question receive their income, the obligation in which they will practice a monthly discount , for unauthorized use of the property, amounting to thirty percent (30%) of each income. If this situation continues for three months, the retentions will rise to fifty percent (50%) while the occupation of the home lasts. The amounts resulting from these withholdings will be entered into the State budget.
In the cases of elements of clear antisocial conduct, not linked to work centers, that refuse to comply with the provisions of the competent authority, they may be compelled by the police to comply with said provisions).
